My introduction to Dr. Marsigit. M.A

I'm student of PGRI University of Yogyakarta. I'm majoring on mathematics education. I'm the first child of two in my family, born on october 1986. There are some reasons why i choose mathematics education. One of them is that mathematics is an interesting science. Besides, i want to be a professional teacher. Till this time I have taken 20 credits of my study and should accomplish 151 more.
In this article, I'd like to tell a figure of my lecturer, Dr. Marsigit, M.A. He is lecturing in several universities i.e Gajah Mada University, State University of Yogyakarta, PGRI University of Yogyakarta. The lecturer, who lives on Kaliurang street, graduated from State University of Yogyakarta in 1982, London University in 1997 for master program, and Gajah Mada University in 2007 taking mathematics philosophy.
A Student from California has sent him an email about asking some information how to do research in Indonesia in middle of 2009. The countries he has ever visited are Australia, Thailand, and Japan.
In PGRI University of Yogyakarta, he is lecturing for English lessons of class A1, A2, and B in the second term. In the first meeting, he informed us about the terms in joining the class. One of them is making blog, uploading photo, and posting our writing.
He told us that college student belongs to adult. The characteristics of adult are being responsible towards what theyhave done and always try to achieve their goals.
There were some student coming late and many of us didn't come to class because they didn't get some information. The next meeting, it was attended by most of us and the lecturer gave us assignment to bring some english references. They can be in the form of book, newspaper, article, journal, and magazine.
